This is a survey that YNCM Eric Norris (PPC Topeka (P&D)) has used the last few years at two different SPO's with great success. It is a great semi-annual tool to let your customers know that you are interested in their needs and are committed to customer service excellence. The survey is also a great way to generate bullets for Semi-Annual Evaluations for your Yeomen, in that the comments are returned with good things to say or suggestions how to improve (identifies problems such as the lack of continuous feedback to our customers). By doing the survey twice a year, you can measure improvements in your customer satisfaction.
