Overlapping Career Sea Pay Neutral Time Rows: Prior to restarting Career Sea Pay (CSP)/Career Sea Pay Premium (CSPP) after a neutral time period, the SPO must review the CSP rows to ensure there are no overlapping dates within the rows.
