Changes made since last update (29 June 2016) are hi-lighted in blue text on the spreadsheet.

Also highlighted blue was a bulk change within the "Mapped to TMT" column that ensured the all competencies mapped to TMT are properly reflected in the dictionary (216 of these changes were made). They can be found by looking at the column "Change Date" and filtering for changes made on 7/29/16.
